Troubleshooting
This can occur if SysNav is unable to join the multicast group that includes the networked L Class loudspeakers.
Solution

The multicast port might be in use by another app on the device. Try restarting your device and re-launching SysNav.

Ensure that multicast traffic is allowed on your network. See Connection Requirements.
While firmware updates can be performed with the SysNav host computer or tablet connected to the loudspeaker network via Wi-Fi, the quality of the Wi-Fi connection can affect results.
Solution
If difficulties are encountered, a wired connection between the SysNav host and the network may resolve the issue.
