Home / Status
The Home / Status screen allows you to connect to and control compatible loudspeakers on the same network, simulate connections in Demonstration mode, and view high-level system status information.

The upper bar of the Home screen offers two options:

Menu Icon - (Three lines at the top left of the screen) Opens the Menu drop down.

Current Design
A SysNav Design is a file that includes an inventory of, and settings for the SysNav-compatible loudspeakers and arrays that comprise a SysNav system. - Displays the name of the SysNav Design that was last loaded.

If any Design settings were changed after the Design was loaded, a red “Unsaved Changes” message appears in the button.

The left half of the Home screen offers these options:

Connect & Control – Opens a screen that displays a list of compatible loudspeakers currently connected to the same network as the SysNav app. From this screen, the user may drill down further into the operation of the connected loudspeakers and arrays. These functions are discussed in the Control - List View section.

Inventory
The devices that are part of a design. An Inventory device may be virtual or physical. - Opens the Inventory screen where SysNav devices may be added to or deleted from the Design and Discovered devices may be reconciled or added to the Design.

Design Files - Opens the Design File Management pop-up. See Design for details.

The right-hand portion of the Home screen displays high-level System Status information.

Devices discovered – Indicates how many (if any) SysNav devices have been discovered on the network.

SysNav network connection – Indicates that SysNav is connected to a network that includes at least one active SysNav-compatible loudspeaker.

Dante connection – Indicates that at least one SysNav device on the network is seeing a Dante clock.

Firmware updates are recommended – Indicates the firmware version status of the Discovered loudspeakers by displaying an icon indicating the worst case status reported by any of the loudspeakers. The icons and colors will conform to the conventions used in the Updates area of SysNav and a shortcut button to Updates will be provided.

Devices Reporting Faults - Indicates the number of discovered devices reporting a fault condition.

Version – The version number of this SysNav release.
